release timeline

KSN is being released in stages. This is where each stage sits — what has shipped, what is running now, and what comes next. The platform is free for everyone while the beta lasts, and every stage below opens up free as it lands.

  1. Q4 2025

    Concept & Foundation

The project started as a question: what would a training platform look like if it were built by someone who actually trains? That became a white paper defining the periodization model, the athlete profile, and the constraints any generated plan would have to respect. Brand identity and the founding team came together in the same quarter.

  2. Q1 2026

    Architecture & Engine

The Plan–Do–Review–Adjust architecture was designed and the deterministic periodization engine built against it — load targets, session distribution, progression curves, and the rules that keep a block coherent. The backend and the UI design system were built alongside it, so the engine had somewhere to run and something to render into.

  3. Q2 2026

    Public Presence

keysessions.ai went live as a public site, with Cyclepedia as the reference library behind the training vocabulary the platform uses. The Discord server and Telegram group opened. The engine was put through a test harness covering roughly 47,000 scenarios — athlete profiles, phases, and availability patterns — to confirm it produces valid blocks across the full input space, not just the common cases.

  4. Q3 2026now

    Open Beta Launch

The open beta is live, built around the deterministic mesocycle generation engine. Early users are onboarding and training real blocks, and their feedback is the primary input for what gets built next. The Instagram account is publishing releases and updates as they land. This is the stage we are in now.

  5. Q4 2026

    Intelligence Layer

The rest of the loop arrives. Session review and classification will evaluate what you executed against what was planned. Readiness calculation and adaptive adjustment logic will close the loop, so the block responds to how training actually went. FTP and performance test tracking, session variants, and the AI coach — a dedicated layer that reads your training state and explains it — land in the same stage.

  6. Q1 2027

    Production

KSN leaves beta. The full platform will be live with every stage above released, and pricing will be introduced. Beta users will hear what the plans are and what they cost well before anything changes, with enough notice to decide properly.
