Beta First, Then Public
KSN is in open beta and free for everyone. Not everything is unlocked yet — the platform is being released in stages, and mesocycle generation is the stage that's live. That's a deliberate sequence, not a soft launch: we'd rather ship one part that holds up under real training blocks than a full feature list that doesn't. Everything we release during the beta is free for as long as the beta lasts, and pricing set before a product has been stress-tested tends to describe what the team hoped to build rather than what athletes actually use.
What's Live Today
Mesocycle generation. The deterministic periodization engine takes your profile — FTP, athlete level, weekly hours, season phase, physiological focus — and builds a complete block: weekly load targets, session distribution, intensity mix, and a build-to-deload progression curve, with strength work sequenced around your cycling load. It's the part of the system everything else depends on, which is why it shipped first. Session review and classification, readiness and adjustment, the AI coach, and session variants are next on the roadmap and roll out over the coming weeks. Each one opens up free when it lands — nothing gets gated behind a tier while the beta is running.
How the Beta Works
Create an account and you're in — no waitlist, no invite code, no card. Generate a mesocycle against your real profile and take it into a real training block, then tell us whether the plan held up. That last part matters: the feedback that actually changes the product comes from athletes putting the engine under real load, not from people clicking through the interface once. Bugs and friction go to the community, where every report gets read and tracked — and where you'll see what's being released next.
What Comes After Beta
When the platform leaves beta, KSN moves to a paid subscription. Beta users will hear about it well in advance — what the plans are, what they cost, and when the change takes effect — with enough notice to decide properly rather than at a renewal screen. No account gets silently converted and nobody is charged for something they didn't agree to. What beta participation earns you will be stated plainly when we announce the plans, rather than hinted at now.
What You Won't See Here (Yet)
We're not publishing pricing before the product is ready. No placeholder tiers, no invented "starting at" number, no feature matrix built so the middle column looks like the obvious choice. Pricing set this early gets read as a commitment, and then it's either honored past the point where it fits the product or quietly revised — and the second one costs more trust than it saves. When we have a structure we're confident in, it goes on this page: clear, honest, and final. Until then, the fastest way to know what's coming is to be in the community when we decide it.
