Whether you have a question about the product, want to share feedback, or are simply curious about KSN, the community is where the conversation happens. The founders are active in both and respond directly in the "Ask the founder" channel.

Bug Reports and Feedback
If you're a beta user and hit an issue with the platform, the "Product feedback" channel on Discord is the best place to report it. A good report includes what happened, what you expected, the context, and steps to reproduce it if relevant. Structured feedback helps us build a better product — every report gets read and tracked.
